New Cornel West Theory Music

Big news from the The Cornel West Theory camp. Emerging from the studio after a few weeks, the band just finished up a new mix of material. Fortunately the mix will be ready just in time for next week's show at the Black Cat with Diamond District. Entitled In Her Hands: Embryo Capital Vol. 1, this set of tracks highlights the skills of a group representing some of the best in local DC hip-hop. We've got a sneak peek of the new mix in the form of the track "Hustler's Boogie". Download below:

And so a little more about the Black Cat show next Saturday, July 31st: The band will be performing along with Diamond District, another of DC's rich local hip-hop talent at the Black Cat Mainstage. Also, make sure not to miss this b/c Damu the Fudgemunk, Grap Luva, and DJ Underdog will all be holding it down. We're calling it the Tru Skool Soundstage. Here's the flier:
